The Down To Earth Project ramble events take place once a month at various points across the Peak District. Guided rambles are donation based.
All ramblers meetup details are posted on Facebook and Instagram including start times and postcodes for car parking locations.
Everyone is welcome and we aim to make most walks suitable for all levels of fitness, however, if the difficulty is higher on a particular walk, this will be noted on the event page.
If you have any concerns about the difficulty of an upcoming ramble, please get in touch for more information.

Last walk of the year, thanks for everyone who’s made this idea of rambling around the Peaks happen🐾🌲
Blessed to be in such good company🙏🏻
See you next year for more walks, more putting the world to rights, more coming together and more connecting with nature and building a community of like minded folk. 👇🏻✌🏻🌍💚

Just me still buzzing off that natural high that you get from being out in nature. ⛰️🙏🏻✨🌱
Me and @charleyclee had a chat about this natural buzz you get from nature and we spoke why it’s so important. (would be great if we got him to throw some facts out in the comments wouldn’t it? 😉)
It’s also something I’ve been thinking of recently. Like why do people so quickly go to pop prescribed pills before they even think about going outside?
Life has got so fast these days for us we forget to slow down and plug in 🔌 to source 🌍.
That ain’t no hippy blah blah blah either. That’s just facts.
If you don’t take the time to realise what your spinning on and the sheer awesomeness of it all, life nature etc etc, then it’s only a matter of time before your health starts to decline.
Take a minute for ya self and appreciate nature, you’ll be grateful that you did.👇🏻✌🏻🌍💚
